Northamptonshire Facts

Northampton's Market Square is one of the largest in England and dates from 1235 when the selling of goods in the All Saints churchyard was stopped by King Henry III. Livestock was sold in Northampton Market Square until 1873 when a purpose-built cattle market opened.

Directions:

From the M1 North and South take junction 19 signposted Kettering follow the A14 for approx 20 miles until the second Kettering turnoff not the first turn left at the roundabout and follow the road down the hill to a set of lights. Through the lights and up the hill to the second set of lights where you turn left the hotel is at the end of the road on the left . The car park is at the rear of the hotel.
